Returns & Refunds

We carefully inspect every ZEEVAAH order before dispatch.

Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • a clear unboxing video
  • relevant product photos

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be processed to the original payment method.
