Refund policy

We carefully inspect every ZEEVAAH order before dispatch to ensure each piece meets our quality standards.

Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery, we currently do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at zeevaah.store@gmail.com with:

  • a clear unboxing video
  • relevant product photos
  • your order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • worn or used jewellery
  • sale items
  • gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
